This is a restaurant where you can enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The slightly dim lighting creates a peaceful ambiance.
The interior offers table seating, private rooms, counter seating, and semi-private rooms, and the space can be reserved for parties of 35 to 50 people. It’s perfect for large events like year-end parties, New Year’s gatherings, and welcome/farewell parties!
The menu features a variety of meat dishes, including shabu-shabu and sukiyaki made with carefully selected cuts of Matsusaka beef and top-grade Iberico pork.
We also recommend the “Wagyu Akami Zuke Donabe Gohan” (Wagyu lean beef rice cooked in a clay pot). The Wagyu lean beef, marinated in a homemade sauce, is truly exquisite!
Another great point is the wide variety of whisky available!
From popular labels like “The Glenlivet 12-Year-Old,” “Bowmore,” and “Macallan” to rare finds like “Springbank 10-Year-Old,” there’s a whisky for everyone.
We especially recommend pairing the Iberico Pork Hotpot with a highball made from Springbank.
Campbeltown is known for its distinctive coastal whiskies, which combine a salty sea breeze with fruity notes. The Springbank highball offers this unique balance of briny and fruity flavors, making it easy to drink, even for beginners, and perfect for pairing with food. The dishes offered include bistro favorites like roast beef and ajillo, all prepared by a French chef.
The whisky menu features six popular labels in total.
They have “Bowmore 12-Year-Old,” “The Singleton 12-Year-Old,” “Laphroaig 10-Year-Old,” “Macallan 12-Year-Old,” “Royal Lochnagar 12-Year-Old,” and “Glenmorangie Original.”
We recommend pairing their homemade roast beef made from lean cuts of beef with a Bowmore highball.
The juicy beef pairs perfectly with the peaty and fruity flavors of Bowmore!

Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a solid wooden counter and a row of various bottles lined up.
The sophisticated atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for small gatherings, adult dates, or intimate private parties!
Seating options include counter seats, tables, and semi-private rooms.
The menu features a wide range of dishes, from small plates that pair perfectly with drinks, such as mentaiko and fresh yuba sashimi, and smoked tongue, to hearty main courses like fried rice and curry.
As for the whiskies, they offer a variety of popular labels, including staples like “Macallan” and “The Glenlivet,” as well as many single malts such as “Springbank,” “Scapa,” and “Highland Park.” As shown in the photo, they also carry Japanese whisky.
